PRIVATE INSURANCE/CASH PATIENTS
IF YOU HAVE PRIVATE INSURANCE FULL PAYMENT FOR ANESTHESIA FEES WILL BE REQUIRED ON THE DAY OF SERVICE.
HOW TO PAY
Anesthesia Consultants of Georgia, LLC will charge a fee to provide the anesthesia service. You will be required to pay the anesthesia fee IN ADVANCE and BEFORE your child is sedated, at the front desk. Fees must be paid via cash, money order, or credit card ONLY. Personal checks will not be accepted.
Please Note * Some medical and dental insurance plans will cover the total or partial payment for anesthesia services. Our office staff can provide information on how to submit insurance claims for direct patient reimbursement. Anesthesia Consultants of Georgia WILL NOT participate in this process or complete any related paperwork
