When you visit CPDS, you don’t have to deal with the hassle of submitting insurance claims. We will submit all claims directly to your insurance company, and work with your insurance provider to make sure your coverage meets your needs. We will provide the cost of your treatment and discuss available payment options with you before you begin, so you can make the best choice for your child.
To enable us to have up-to-date and accurate billing information in our system, we kindly request that all patients bring the following to every visit:
- Current insurance card(s)
- Photo ID
- All payments are expected at the date of service. We are often able to work out special payment plans for patients with extenuating circumstances.
